I woke up one morning in January of 2017 and just knew I had to discover my life purpose…I was determined to figure it out by year's end, but the Universe had other plans.

It wasn’t until graduating from the Dharma Coaching Institute in 2021 that I discovered –

My soul’s purpose is to help you live boldly from the truth of who you are.

Over the past 7 years I’ve been consciously navigating my spiritual awakening by nurturing self-awareness, self-love, compassion, and forgiveness. As a result, I have experienced profound shifts in my life and my relationships. I have deep gratitude for the life I’m co-creating each day and even when things are hard to face, it’s always worth it in the end!

I also have another unique gift.

I channel messages from your soul and your spirit guides.

In my training as an Angel Reiki Master Teacher with Julie Jancius I realized I’ve been receiving messages my whole life!

Delivering messages from spirit is one of my favorite things to do. I love it when our guides come through with just the right information at just the right time.
